Three-Bid Guarantee

Every job receives exactly 3 bids before the poster can accept. This ensures competitive pricing and gives homeowners real choice. Bids expire after 7 days to keep contractors responsive.

Escrow-First Acceptance

Accepting a bid immediately triggers escrow funding. The 40/60 split protects both parties: contractors get deposit confirmation, homeowners retain leverage until completion.

Verified Contractor Profiles

Contractor profiles show verified badges (background check, license, insurance) and real reviews from past 3Bids jobs. No anonymous or imported reviews allowed.
