Key Design Decisions

Offline Support

Decks cache locally for in-home presentations with no connectivity. Slides, media, and speaker notes all available offline. Analytics sync when reconnected.

Media Pipeline

Images auto-compress for fast loading. Before/after photos get side-by-side layout. Videos embed inline with autoplay-on-slide. Document attachments (estimates, contracts) attach to final CTA slide.

Win Rate Tracking

Each presentation records outcome: won, lost, or pending. Win rate calculates per deck and across all decks. Slide-level engagement reveals which slides drive conversions and which cause drop-off.

Template System

Pre-built templates per trade (Kitchen, Bath, HVAC, Roofing, etc.). Templates include placeholder slides with best-practice structure. Company branding auto-applies from contractor profile.
